Dylan Dinesh, M.D.
Dr. Dinesh is board certified Family Medicine Physician who specializes in both primary care and Hospital medicine. He is a St. Petersburg native who graduated from St. Petersburg High School. Dr. Dinesh was a Child Life volunteer at All children’s hospital during his high school years where his passion for medicine cultivated. 11 years later after completing his medical school training he returned back to his hometown to serve the community that played an elemental role in his career. He took over as President and Medical Director of Affiliated Health Clinics in 2021.
Dr. Dinesh attended Nova Southeastern University for undergrad and continued on to medical school at Ross University where he graduated with High Honors in 2018. He completed his Family Medicine training at Indiana University in Indianapolis where he also served as Chief Resident. During his Residency training at IU he was essential in implementing a Physician Health and Wellness curriculum as well as a peer mentorship program that would be adopted for future trainees within the Residency program. He takes that same enthusiasm for health and wellness and strives to integrate it into his everyday patient care.
Dr. Dinesh is currently seeing patients for primary care, weight loss and IV therapy in our clinic. He is also an Attending Physician at BayCare’s St. Anthony’s Hospital and Bayfront Medical Center where he provides acute care to our patients who are hospitalized. Dr. Dinesh also provides post acute care at several of our local Skilled Nursing Facilities, ALF’s, and ILF’s.

Spencer Threw, D.O.
Spencer Threw is a locally trained physician who is excited to be back in the Greater St Petersburg area to provide care to patients of all ages. Dr. Threw attended the University of Illinois prior to moving to Bradenton Florida to complete his medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing Family Medicine residency, he chose to take an additional year of training in Sports Medicine. He completed his Sports Medicine fellowship with the prestigious physician team at University of Louisville, where he cared for over 650 Division 1 student athletes.
As a previous college baseball player, Dr. Threw relished his opportunity to care for student athletes, but don't let the title of "Sports Medicine Physician" confuse you. His Sports Medicine training allows Dr. Threw to care for all of his patient's aches, pains, strains and sprains.
He is an expert in musculoskeletal ultrasound and therapeutic injections. He performs a variety of ultrasound guided injections for common arthritis, with a goal of getting his patients back on their feet and active. He has additional training in Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, and offers this service at his clinic. He has served as team physician at many levels and for numerous sports including the Triple-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, the Louisville Bats. He has additional interests in exercise science, nutrition, and men's health and wellness. He is committed to providing the highest level of care for his patients and all of their healthcare needs.

Jason Patel, M.D.
Jason E. Patel, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist whose passion is treating mental health conditions of all types. His areas of focus include geriatric psychiatry, community mental health as well as consultation-liaison psychiatry for those that are medically admitted at healthcare facilities. Dr. Patel is a local of Pinellas county, graduating from Palm Harbor University High School. He was admitted to the University of South Florida’s prestigious Honors program in medicine, where he completed his bachelors of science degree as well as his medical degree at USF’s Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, FL. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI where he also received a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy and participated in the Healthcare Administration Scholars Program. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.
Clair Taylor, APRN
Lena "Clair" Taylor MSN, FNP, APRN-BC
Clair, originally from Pensacola Florida, moved to Tampa Florida in 2019. Clair completed her ASN in 2005 and obtained her BSN at the University of West Florida in 2018. She spent the first 17 years of her career in the Emergency Department finessing her skills before completing her graduate studies through Chamberlain University. Upon completion, Clair spent the first year utilizing her acute care skills and began working for the Hillsborough Correctional Facility as a Nurse Practitioner. Missing the interpersonal aspects of care led her to accept her forever home with Affiliated Health Clinics.
When Clair is not providing care to her patients, you can find her and her wife interacting with their beloved fur babies. She is the quintessential "dog mom" and there are never enough belly rubs, treats, walks, toys, or fur babies for that matter!
Clair is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and was a recipient of the Daisy Award.
